On October 25, approximately 80 senior managers from Shiseido Americas Corp. gathered in New York City to kick off the Building a Shared Culture initiative. Drawing executives from all of SAC’s operating units – BPI, NARS, Shiseido Cosmetics Americas – and support groups, the summit discussed how the Shiseido “Mission, Values and Way” would be applied to build our business, inspire teamwork and better serve customers.

The summit featured a panel discussion with senior business executives, small-group workshops and remarks from an outside guest, Professor Thomas DeLong of the Harvard Business School.
