Joe Ferguson hit one over the fence and had 3 RBI as the Milwaukee Dodgers
topped the Kansas City Expos by a score of 10 to 3 at Olympic
Stadium.

Kansas City fell behind quickly as the Milwaukee offense came through in the
first inning as they showed no mercy on Kansas City blasting them for 8 hits
and plating 9 runs. The early run support proved sufficient for Don
Sutton(7-4) and Milwaukee. That was all the run support Sutton required.
Kansas City out-hit Milwaukee 14 to 11, but Milwaukee ended up with more
runs.

Dennis Leonard(3-5) ended up with the loss. He surrendered 8 runs and 6 hits
in 2/3 of an inning.
