Tony Scott had 4 hits and 5 RBI and John Urrea hurled a 2 hitter at Yankee
Stadium as the St. Louis Twins, running on all cylinders, ripped the San
Francisco Yankees by a large 14 to 1 margin.

Scott was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he provided
much of the offense for the visitors. He tripled with all three runners
coming home in the 5th inning, laced a base-knock scoring a run in the 7th
inning, laced a single in the 8th inning and doubled plating a run in the 9th
inning. St. Louis had 19 hits for the afternoon.

The victory went to Urrea(9-3) who went the distance allowing 1 run. Don
Gullett(4-6) was tagged with the loss. 'Urrea just dominated us' losing
pitcher Gullett said. 'Hopefully we can get to him the next time around'
