In a lop-sided win the Philadelphia Indians ripped the Boston Mets by a 8 to 3
count.
 
Boston was unable to claim the lead after Philadelphia went ahead in the 2nd
inning when they tallied 2 runs on 1 hit.  The big moment was provided by Ted
Sizemore who made the crowd happy when he slapped a single plating two runs.
Philadelphia finished with 11 hits in the victory.
